Hello, I am Brian Rough. I'm the Owner/Repair Technician of Crystal Pool & Spa Service,LLC. I don't have a store-front or web store because I only do repairs on-site. I perform in-ground and above-ground pool system, pump, filter, heater and plumbing repairs. I work on hot tub control system, pump, blower, ozonator, filter, heater and plumbing problems. I'm also now repairing accessible jetted bath tub control systems, pumps, blower and plumbing issues. I work on any conventional consumer pool, hot tub or jetted bath tub.
I do sell parts that can be drop-shipped directly to you. I don't sell new pools, hot tubs, chemicals or accessories. I don't buy used pools, hot tubs or accessories. I don't install above or in-ground pools, change liners, dig underground plumbing, dive for pool leaks or move hot tubs. I don't do Commercial grade repairs as I stay within the consumer market. I can give you advice on these things but I'm a simple one man repair business. I also do Warranty work for certain Homeowner's Insurance companies and hot tub manufacturers providing prompt customer Warranty service.
I carry, on my vehicle, the basic generic hot tub parts that work with many hot tub brands. These include heating elements, pressure switches, sensors, plumbing fittings and more. I, obviously, can't carry everything for every hot tub so some parts will need to be "paid for" and "special ordered" to complete your repair. My suppliers are well stocked and I can get most common hot tub parts in just a few days! Proprietary hot tub parts can cause small problems and delays due to certain manufacturer's order restrictions.

My coverage area includes Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. I'm willing to travel, sometimes 100+ miles to you, if you're willing to pay the out of standard coverage area travel fee. I try to be open and straight forward about my charges for Repairing your equipment beforehand, giving you the information to make an economical repair decision. I will always discuss the fees upfront so you'll be aware of Service fees, Labor and any necessary out of area travel fee. I can guesstimate part prices but accurate pricing can only be given once I have diagnosed the problem and cost researched the actual part that failed and needs replaced .
I've been factory trained by MAAX Spas, Master Spas and Gecko Electronics. I perform Warranty repair for Caldera Spas by Watkins Mfg for a local Caldera Spas Dealer. I have US Naval electronics training and was a top graduate in all of my electronics courses. I started my pool, hot tub and jetted bath tub repair business November 2001. I have been a Repair Technician Since 1991!
